It can be a tough time going through a relationship separation, at any age but especially in mid-age, depending on how the relationship ended. Some relationships end amicably, but others can be a very traumatic time for both parties concerned, depending on how long you have been together. It can take time to heal from this. We need to take time out to nurture. Time to grieve.

We can also lose alot of confidence through this process, a loss of identity of who you were as a couple. We need time to reflect on where we are now in life, and what we have learned from the relationship about ourself. To releasing negative beliefs and emotions that don’t serve us. Rebuilding our self esteem.

To rediscovering a new identity for ourselves.

I help professional men and women heal after ending a long term relationship, so they have the confidence to start dating again.

‘take the next step’ action plan

This is an eight week program designed to help you move forward in your life.

We meet up weekly via zoom (whatever you feel most comfortable with, if you feel more comfortable via phone, we can work with this as well). This is followed by transformational exercises for you to do. The power and transformation lies in doing the work that I give you in-between calls.

  • Reflect what you have learned from the relationship about yourself and what you are wanting in a new relationship moving forward.

  • Through transformational coaching there is a release of negative emotions for the client, limiting beliefs identified that don’t serve the client, to help them rebuild their self esteem.

  • A new identity is being formed. Rediscovering a ‘new you’. New interests, new passions. A plan is put in place for the future. Ready for a new relationship. Confidence to start dating again.

This eight week investment is valued at $999

  • I met Kirstin online for four sessions. I was in a rut, overwhelmed with daily family life and could’nt see my way clear on things to get moving on projects important to me. Kirstin was great in pinning down what my goals were and to discover where my passon and motivation truly lay.

She is clever at helping you sift through the things that are holding you back and suggesting slightly different ways, often just little tweaks to your daily routine, which mean you can spend more time achieving your goals.

Kirstin encourages you to use affirmations which twist your negative self talk into something positive and this leaves space for new possibilities to emerge as you challenge old beliefs. It was just very beneficial to spend time with someone who was obviously passionate about helping you, and determined to find solutions to problems which arose. She often sent me articles or suggestions for other reading or resources if she felt it would help. Kirstin is encouraging, thoughtful and professional and it was a pleasure to work with her. I would highly recommend her and wish her all the very best for the future of Take The Next Step.

  • ‘taking the next step’ with Kirstin was truly helpful to me - moving me and helping me along in my next chapter. I found Kirstin to be diligently there for you - adding care, integrity, insight and honesty.

The required steps and worksheets too that you gave me will also serve as a lifetime assistance and reminder … and it was a necessity to do the work with these!

I only have positive feelings with doing this course.

    TRACY

  • I enlisted Kirstin’s services as a lifecoach as I was feeling abit stuck. the exercises she gave me, our conversation and my subsequent reflection have helped me to clarify and prioritise what I would like to work on.

Previously I felt like I had so much to do that I ended up doing nothing! I’m neuro atypical and Kirstin was sensitive to my quirks and was often able to find a way that worked for me. I’d recommend Kirstin’s services if you are hoping to move on with the next stage of your life but are’nt quite sure how.
